THE TERMINATOR

TERMINATOR 2 - JUDGEMENT DAY

Almost 10 years have passed since Sarah Connor's ordeal began and her son, John, the future leader of the resistance, is now a healthy young boy.

However, the nightmare begins again when a new, more deadly Terminator is sent back in time, it's orders - to strike at John Connor while he is still a child.

THE TERMINATOR

The Terminator is a microprocessor controlled robot housed within human flesh and blood. The Terminator feels no pity, pain or remorse and cannot be bargained with. Only being terminated can cancel its mission.

In the first film, The Terminator is dispatched to Los Angeles in the past with the mission of killing Sarah Connor, the mother of humanity's greater leader against machine agression in the future.

In the second film, it returns with the mission of protecting young John Connor. The Terminator was actually reprogrammed and sent by John Connor in the future to protect a young John Connor in the past.

SARAH CONNOR

At the start of the first film in 1984, Sarah Connor was just a waitress going about the daily routines of life with little thought to the future.

Her life changes when she gets a visit from Kyle Reese from the future who informs her about the need for her to survive to give birth to mankind's saviour and protects her from the Terminator.

At the start of the second film, Sarah is held in a mental instiutition and deprived of access to her son. She escapes and travels with her son John, and the Terminator sent from the future to protect him.

T-1000

The T-1000 is a nearly unstoppable Terminator prototype. Its mission is to kill young John Connor who in the future will lead humanity to victory against the machines. The T-1000 is an advanced prototype composed of liquid metal that can take the form of anything it physically samples.

The T-1000's only real vulnerability is rapid temperature changes as the T-1000 can heal and return to a default state when injured. The T-1000 is slowed down with liquid nitrogen which freezes the machine, but ultimately molten steel is used to melt it and cause it to evaporate.

JOHN CONNOR

John Connor a 10 year old boy has been getting into trouble with the law for many years. At the start of the second film, his real mother Sarah is in a mental institute.

John in the future will be the leader of a great human resistance against machine rule. John is targeted for termination by a machine sent from the future. John sends Another machine from the future to protect a younger version of himself in the past.

John is good with computers and hacking and is relatively knowledgeable of the tactics and techniques he may need in the future as a great military leader.

KYLE REESE

Kyle Reese is a soldier from the year 2029 where he leads attacks against machine forces that seek to eradicate man from the Earth.

Kyle volunteers for a mission in the past to protect Sarah Connor from a Terminator attack aimed at wiping her out which would have prevented John Connor, the future leader of humanity's resistance, ever being born.
